This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. Utilizing secure telehealth platforms, you will engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes, promoting accessibility to mental health services. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that respects your time both at work and at home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth-based mental health support, conducting individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Perform intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that are adaptable based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients facing complex mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions while applying clinical expertise to address crises and promote client safety.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals dealing with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work with a diverse demographic, serving adults and families, providing culturally sensitive and responsive care designed to empower clients and facilitate significant life changes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to practice independently.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop personalized therapeutic interventions targeting individual client needs.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to manage client information and streamline service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience as a mental health counselor, with a strong foundation in telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
