This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time efficiently while delivering high-quality therapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop trusting and secure therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment strategies that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as couple and family therapy sessions, fostering communication and understanding within families as needed.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary, coordinating care when referrals to specialists or additional resources are required.

• Stay informed about advancements in the field and implement evidence-based practices to enhance treatment efficacy, especially in addiction therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals, couples, and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. As an LMFT with Beyond Psychology, you will work directly with diverse populations, addressing their distinct needs and supporting them on their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
