Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, employing therapeutic strategies to address various family dynamics and issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients cope with challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, regularly assessing and adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate family sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing familial relationships.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will support individuals facing a wide variety of challenges such as:
