Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to assist adults experiencing a myriad of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and growth.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, alongside functional improvement metrics, to routinely assess and adjust treatment plans in response to client progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our custom therapist portal, which integrates digital tools that enhance documentation efficiency.
\n
• Provide individual and couples therapy (ages 13 and up) both in-person and virtually, employing a range of evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA and security regulations, ensuring the utmost protection of clients' sensitive health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes adults and adolescents (13 years and up) facing various emotional challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.
