Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible, remote work arrangement while maintaining the connection of an outpatient office setting. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to design your schedule within standard working hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our practice utilizes telehealth services, allowing you to reach clients in a comfortable, familiar environment, which can enhance therapeutic rapport and engagement. We prioritize collaboration among our team members, encouraging participation in case consultations and ongoing learning about best practices in mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and assess their needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, managing both individual and family therapy sessions.

• Document client progress and treatment modifications accurately and in accordance with company policies, ensuring all notes and updates are completed in a timely manner.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering trusting relationships with clients, while also working cohesively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize the support network around each client.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions that resonate with clients’ unique circumstances, promoting personal growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including case managers, educational staff, and medical personnel, to provide comprehensive support and care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Therapy Center, you will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to address a wide range of issues, from relationship challenges and family dynamics to individual mental health disorders. This role is crucial in supporting clients in overcoming challenges related to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression, contributing directly to improved community mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
