Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to gather insights necessary for effective therapy.

• Evaluate clients’ specific needs, issues, and goals, utilizing these findings to create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, skillfully addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Regularly monitor and adapt treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback, ensuring each plan remains relevant and effective.

• Maintain accurate client records, including timely progress notes and treatment plan updates, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Prepare to provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Qualifications\n
