Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing customized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in overcoming emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate integrated services that ensure holistic patient care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic methodologies.

• Proactively suggest strategic improvements to clinical services and patient care processes, contributing to the overall efficacy of our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families, each dealing with their own unique set of challenges. You will focus on fostering resilience and coping mechanisms to help them navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license/certification in your state or jurisdiction, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, focusing on individuals with emotional difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
