Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that meet clients’ specific mental health needs.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and promote shared learning among team members.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families on treatment options, mental health conditions, and available community resources.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies to continually refine treatment approaches.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting them to fit individual client situations.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in the treatment team setting, sharing insights and strategies that enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n
