Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists, to provide holistic support and improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license/certification in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience working directly with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and client engagement.
