Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate patients, incorporating considerations of co-occurring medical conditions that may affect mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with chronic illness or comorbid conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
