Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of a diverse population dealing with co-occurring medical conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting these individuals, assisting them in addressing their mental health needs while considering the complexities that arise from their medical conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and general computer applications.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
