Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client’s unique emotional needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunflower, you will primarily work with diverse clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.
