Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities designed to address the unique needs of each client:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, a valid independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required, along with at least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement of two years is essential, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be given preference.
