Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, which can enhance work-life balance and flexibility. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative outpatient team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, all dedicated to the shared goal of improving patient outcomes. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help patients build community and share experiences.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a cohesive treatment approach for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health challenges, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and external resources available for support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to adhere to legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment and incorporate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Proven track record of providing therapy to diverse populations, both individually and in groups.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Ability to practice sound judgment and uphold professional ethics and boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

• Capability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
