Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate personal growth.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly assessing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing logistical challenges or those who prefer virtual consultations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, utilizing available resources to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will significantly impact a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, and trauma histories. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license in the state of California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desired, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that aid in patient documentation and treatment tracking. Additionally, previous experience in working with specific populations, such as children or individuals with severe mental health disorders, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide:
