Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and track progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for each client.

• Document all client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to further develop therapeutic skills, receive constructive feedback, and stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health counseling.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments for clients demonstrating acute psychological distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
