Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of four years of experience working in mental health counseling settings.

• A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
