Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassionate care.

• Proven ability to engage with clients and manage therapeutic relationships effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing teletherapy, particularly for clients with accessibility needs, is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
