Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, history, and emotional state, identifying specific needs and establishing a proper baseline for treatment.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs, documenting changes and outcomes in client records accurately and confidentially.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to at-risk clients, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring their safety and understanding of available resources.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards through accurate documentation practices while continuously updating client records in accordance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive mental health care.

• Stay informed of the latest trends and research in the mental health field to enhance knowledge and improve therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and client success.
