Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and progress evaluations.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and best practices, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Engage in collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and comprehensive treatment planning meetings to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans in response to client emergencies.

• Stay informed about current trends, research advancements, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment, contributing insights to team discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals with a range of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on helping clients navigate their personal struggles, foster resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies, leading them towards recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services to individuals, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
