Our outpatient office setting offers a calm, reassuring environment, whether clients visit in-person or engage in teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and develop effective, personalized treatment plans that promote mental well-being.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored modalities — such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness — aimed at fostering personal growth and resilience.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and meticulously monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients with mobility challenges or preference for online sessions, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
