Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client backgrounds, goals, and challenges, which inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals aligned with clients’ needs and regularly monitor progress through follow-up sessions and assessments.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring that no client is left without support.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Kettle Academy, you will work with a diverse client population struggling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your role will involve not only providing therapeutic support but also fostering an environment where clients feel validated and empowered to embark on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
