Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring the comfort and privacy of clients.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities that are tailored to the individual needs of each client, assisting them in overcoming challenges.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals and strategies, fostering client engagement and accountability.

• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients, helping them explore their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your practice will be on stable, low-acuity adults from diverse backgrounds presenting with a myriad of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transition issues. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these individuals towards brighter mental health outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid clinical license to practice independently in California, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
\n
• Proficient in digital communication and therapeutic platforms, with a strong aptitude for technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be advantageous. Previous work with a similar patient demographic can set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, we provide a significant sign-on bonus to help our new therapists settle into their roles. Other benefits include:
