Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine each client’s mental health needs, utilizing standard psychological assessment tools and methods to create thorough reports.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to their specific mental health conditions.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure continuous, holistic care for clients, creating a well-rounded support system.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, assessing situations with sensitivity and delivering immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, organizing workshops and informational sessions to educate the public and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy .

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence, allowing you to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and foster trust.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
