Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and devise personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, groups, and families through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.

• Coordinate with other health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create a cohesive care experience for clients, ensuring both their physical and mental health needs are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, maintaining a calm and proactive approach to guide them through challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, providing you with the foundational knowledge to support your clinical practice.
