Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs using standard diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices for diverse presenting issues, whether individual cases, family dynamics, or group therapies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions within a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, ensuring holistic and integrated approaches to treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress, guiding them through acute situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, such as workshops and informational sessions, to destigmatize mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring an environment of trust and understanding.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively assist individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and operational procedures effectively and punctually.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
