Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately pinpoint clients' needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that cater to individual circumstances.

• Provide a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, adjusting approaches to meet varying mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring that client care is well-coordinated and holistic.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, using your expertise to assess situations swiftly and compassionately.

• Involve yourself in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness, helping to diminish stigmas associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The therapist will engage with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This variety enhances the therapy experience and fosters clinical growth through exposure to different perspectives and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and effectively navigate their individual needs.

• Demonstrable cultural competence, allowing you to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds sensitively and knowledgeably.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to guarantee the timely completion of documentation and other administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
