Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine your clients' mental health needs. This includes using standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. You will work with individuals, families, and groups experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary team to ensure every client receives well-rounded care. This may involve regular case meetings to discuss treatment progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients during acute distress situations.

Your clients will come from a variety of backgrounds, including children, adults, and families facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
