Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse mental health conditions.

• Work alongside case managers and psychiatrists to ensure an integrated approach to client care, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at our center, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults facing an array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. Your ability to utilize culturally competent practices will be crucial in building relationships of trust and respect with clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A fully independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop rapport and form effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence with a sensitivity to the unique needs and perspectives of a diverse population.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and timely progress notes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience providing remote therapy services or engaging in community mental health initiatives will have an advantage. Previous involvement in team-based treatment models that integrate mental health with other social services will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
