Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, utilizing tools such as standardized assessments and clinical interviews to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, incorporating various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care delivery that addresses not just the mental, but overall well-being of clients.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, drawing upon your expertise to navigate emergency situations with empathy and decisiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent licensure as an LMFT, LSW, LMHC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Proficient in organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads efficiently, including completing documentation in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While an active license is a core requirement, candidates with previous experience in community mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and those who have engaged in multidisciplinary care teams will be given preference. Additionally, experience with teletherapy platforms and adapting therapy techniques to a remote format is highly advantageous.
