Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with clients who are stable and present with low-acuity mental health issues. All of our clients are carefully screened to ensure their readiness to engage with therapists in a productive manner. This ensures that you can dedicate your expertise to clients open to developing coping mechanisms, exploring their mental landscapes, and working towards personal goals in a supportive and structured environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. In addition, applicants must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition, counselors working full-time will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, with payments being structured as weekly direct deposits to streamline your financial management.
