Work Environment\n

This role allows you to work from home, providing you with the comfort and productivity of a remote setting while maintaining a connection to a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to mental health excellence. You will conduct your sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy and confidentiality for your clients. You will typically work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses based on presenting symptoms and thorough evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through our secure telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure seamless and integrated care for patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client base includes individuals across various demographics seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health-related discipline is required, although a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Individuals should possess strong organizational skills, particularly in managing clinical records and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
