Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients through secure video chat sessions, focusing on improving their mental health and overall well-being.

• Utilize the therapist portal for efficient case management, maintaining clear records and developing follow-up strategies to ensure ongoing client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base that has been carefully prescreened to ensure they are stable and possess low acuity. This enables you to focus on providing quality care without the overwhelming pressure of high-risk cases. Our emphasis on diversity allows you to work with a variety of clients, enriching your experience and expanding your skill set as you meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license issued by the state board, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, make professional decisions, and develop treatment plans for diverse client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural capacity for empathy and understanding.
\n
• Proficiency in digital literacy, including experience with teletherapy platforms and other relevant tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
