Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify each client's strengths, challenges, and treatment goals. These evaluations will be crucial in developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique needs.

In your role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing myriad challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensure to practice independently in your respective field (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Note: we cannot accept limited or provisional licenses, nor those with disciplinary actions against them.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct professional evaluations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding toward clients.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for client management, therapy sessions, and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on therapy delivery.

• Experience in telehealth practices, comfortable using virtual communication tools for remote therapy sessions.
