Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to provide treatment to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Work collaboratively with a wide array of professionals, ensuring that clients receive integrated services that address all aspects of their well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients in distress, utilizing tools like de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
