Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
