As a remote mental health therapist, you will operate from the comfort of your home office while being supported by a cohesive and collaborative team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' individual needs, collecting detailed personal histories and identifying areas requiring intervention.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a wide variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to address a range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care and ensure seamless support for our clients.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, offering immediate support and interventions to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to elevate awareness around mental health issues, aiming to diminish stigma and foster open dialogues about mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
