Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices to address a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring that all aspects of client care are coordinated and comprehensive.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach programs that aim to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of diverse individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with clients facing a multitude of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Your role will focus on understanding the unique contexts of their lives to better inform your therapeutic approach and foster meaningful connections.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a PhD/PsyD in Psychology.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex clinical information clearly and establish therapeutic rapport.

• Demonstrable cultural competence to effectively engage and support clients from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills, including effective time management for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.
