As a remote-based member of the Wellbeing Therapeutics team, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and substance use challenges, identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions designed to enhance clients' coping skills, facilitate relapse prevention, and improve emotional regulation.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery, bridging the gap between mental health treatment and addiction recovery.

• Engage clients in regular substance use monitoring and motivational interviewing to reinforce their commitment to recovery.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about the relationships between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the significance of adherence to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and referrals in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training to increase awareness and proficiency in treating co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies tailored for co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Motivational Interviewing.

• Strong knowledge of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders and the impacts on treatment outcomes.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the adaptability to function effectively in a collaborative environment.
