Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to precisely identify clients' mental health issues, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and family systems therapy to meet the distinct needs of individuals, couples, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will work closely with clients of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health histories, developing your skills in culturally responsive practice.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold at least a master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
