Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical judgment to identify their unique needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of approaches, ensuring that sessions cater to clients' preferences and treatment goals.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay current with best practices and enhance your clinical expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences, fostering an inclusive therapeutic space.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective management of client caseloads and associated administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy modalities is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting, enhancing your ability to address varied client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
