This position is a full-time role conducted in a telehealth setting, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that cater to those unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to address an array of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, employing your training and emotional intelligence to assist clients in distress.

• Engage with the community through outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence by working closely with clients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport and build therapeutic relationships.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity when working with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and credentials.
