Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, providing insight into clients’ mental health needs and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing various proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, actively monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to foster progress and build trust.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, enhancing clinical competencies and integrating emerging practices into therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health disorders. Our practice embraces clients from diverse backgrounds and emphasizes culturally sensitive care. By working to understand each client's unique experiences, you will effectively support them in navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing and maintaining rapport with clients and fostering a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling effective caseload management and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a private practice setting or providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Attractive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
