Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions.

• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor treatments for each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client, facilitating their journey toward improved mental well-being.

• Guide clients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and experiences to gain insights into their mental health challenges.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress throughout their treatment plan, adjusting approaches as necessary to support healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health needs. Your expertise will enable clients to develop essential skills aimed at enhancing their quality of life. The supportive nature of our approach ensures that individuals can engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a mental health counselor, including: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and understanding approach to client interactions.

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and other necessary systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While prior experience in a telehealth setting is not mandatory, it will be beneficial for adapting quickly to our unique service model. Experience with a diverse clientele and understanding various mental health conditions also will contribute positively to your success in this role.
