Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' mood disorders, including bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety-related conditions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and discussing self-care techniques to enhance overall treatment outcomes.

• Track and document clients' progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment strategies where needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with clients presenting mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies pertinent to mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists for comprehensive treatment planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000.
