Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress and healing.
\n
• Document session notes accurately, maintaining compliance with organization standards and best practices.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued efficacy of therapy.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
\n
• Participate in team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights, fostering shared learning within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide individualized therapy to a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Our therapy sessions are often funded through schools, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful care rather than managing insurance billing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields.
\n
• An active license in one of the relevant fields (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD), permitting you to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• A clean record free from disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.
\n
• Licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
\n
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
\n
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing effective treatment plans.

• Excellent written communication skills for session documentation and client reporting.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, therapists are eligible for:
