Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs, mental health history, and treatment goals.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions via teletherapy, adapting your approach to suit the client's therapeutic needs while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
\n
• Connect clients with additional resources and referrals to local support services when necessary.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaboration with fellow counselors to enhance therapeutic approaches and tackle complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our client base consists of individuals referred by schools and community organizations, ensuring that your therapy sessions are focused on meaningful therapeutic outcomes rather than administrative duties like insurance billing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited university.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
\n
• Strong writing abilities for documenting therapy sessions and crafting treatment plans.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license by any regulatory board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Training and practical experience utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
