Key Responsibilities\n

• You will implement holistic mental health treatment plans that include screening, evaluating, and diagnosing mental health disorders, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving client goals.

• The job entails conducting individual therapy sessions, as well as facilitating group psychotherapy sessions, including psychoeducational discussions tailored to children, families, and multi-family groups.

• Regular participation in ongoing training and continuing education units (CEUs) is expected to maintain licensure and stay informed about innovative treatment methodologies.
\n
• You will engage in clinical supervision, maintaining documentation accuracy and quality assurance, including a commitment to a minimum of two hours of individual or group supervision each month.

• Your role will also require you to maintain active communication with clients’ families and interdisciplinary support systems, coordinating service delivery with child welfare providers, educational institutions, and other community partners.

• Utilizing electronic health records efficiently to document client interactions and therapy sessions will be a critical component of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
