Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of your clients, fostering their emotional and mental growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and monitor their progress regularly.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions and experiences, helping them navigate relationships and personal challenges.

• Guide clients toward healthy coping mechanisms and life skills that enhance their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults seeking guidance and support for a variety of mental health needs. This role is centered around empowering individuals to improve their quality of life by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Possess one of the following active licenses: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, which allows for independent practice without supervision.
\n
• Have no limited or provisional licenses, nor have any disciplinary actions against you.
\n
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition.
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills to effectively use our digital therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, applicants with additional experience in diverse therapeutic environments or specialties, such as trauma-informed care or crisis intervention, will be viewed favorably. Strong candidates will have a proven track record of positive client outcomes.
