Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their mental health needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care principles.

• Design treatment strategies that integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to effectively meet the specific goals outlined in each client’s service plan.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating assessment findings and treatment plans with team members through documentation and regular meetings, including patient rounds.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, ensuring ongoing case management that involves consultation with specialists and local community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation to reflect the progress and outcomes of therapy, adhering to departmental standards and best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on outpatient clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of practical clinical experience in a similar setting is essential to ensure your competency in delivering effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications.
